Flore Arts Events was formed in 2016 in the village of Flore, Northamptonshire by a group of like-minded people with the objective of raising money for local charities through a programme of arts-related events and activities. Since our inception we have hosted a range of musical events from early music to jazz - not to mention poetry evenings and a silent movie night.

Many thanks to all of you who have so generously supported our events. We have now raised in excess of £30,000 for local charities

Our Box Office is now taking bookings for our first event of 2025.

Chamber Music for winds and piano featuring members of Ensemble Renard and pianist Mark Rogers. We are delighted to present what will be a truly exceptional evening of virtuosic music making. Expect dazzling performances from Ellie Blamires (Flute), Patrick Bolton (Bassoon) and Francesca Cox (Oboe) who will be teaming up with award-winning American pianist Mark Rogers.

Ensemble Renard are going from strength to strength. As well as winning the prestigious Royal Philharmonic Society’s Henderson Chamber Ensemble Award and securing a place on the Britten Pears Young Artist Scheme they have now recorded their first album. This year’s busy concert diary includes performances at the Aldeburgh Festival as well as a further tour of Scotland. Mark Rogers’ credits include prize-winning performances at the Nadia and Lili Boulanger competition in Paris and at the Royal Academy of Music.

The Flore concert will offer a selection of solo and ensemble pieces from composers through the centuries including Bach, Handel, Telemann, Poulenc and Britten… not to mention an arrangement of a Lennon-McCartney classic. We think there will be something for everyone!
