Flore Arts Events was formed in 2016 in the village of Flore, Northamptonshire by a group of like-minded people with the objective of raising money for local charities through a programme of arts-related events and activities. Since our inception we have hosted a range of musical events from early music to jazz - not to mention poetry evenings and a silent movie night.​​

Many thanks to all of you who have so generously supported our events. We have now raised in excess of £35,000 for local charities

​Poetry Please: Sunday February 15th. The topic will be “Spring and the environment”. As usual feel free to bring along any poem you would like to share, not necessarily related to the theme. Or just come and listen. Meet at the White Hart in Flore, 6.30pm to 8.00pm.

With the year drawing to a close it feels like a good time to say our annual thank-you to all our supporters: thanks to your generosity the cumulative amount you have raised for local charities since our first event in 2016 has now passed £35,000. The 2026 programme is under discussion and we hope to have more news in the next Messenger.
